•  SAP Team Lead - Hawaii Refinery Divestiture - SAP Team Lead for the divestiture of the Hawaii refinery to anotherrefining company. Responsible for everything regarding SAP including interface development, testing, coordinating communication, and cut over procedures via CIC. Supported refining companies' access management and requests to allow them to work seamlessly through the transitional services agreement. I supervised 3 full-time people on this project. I also assisted in supervising a basis resource and security resource.

 

•  SAP Technical Lead, SAP Testing Lead, Tier1A - Refinery Acquisition (Carson, CA) - Development Lead and

Testing Lead over 40 interfaces from and to SAP to 3rd party systems like Maximo, IMOS, Aspen Tech, DTN Tabs,

TMS Host systems. Responsible for the leadership of development of all the interfaces. Testing Lead between Tesoro and selling refiner. Coordinated 3 cycles of testing. Supported 3rd party systems and interfaces during transitional service agreement. I supervised 3 SAP technical consultants on the project.

 

•  SAP Technical Lead - Cash Forecasting Project - AP Interface to extract finance, liquidity forecast data, sales,purchase orders, fast pay, insurance, and capital project data from ECC, formatting it for SAP BPC to allow users to do logical reporting and determining available cash forecasts in the upcoming months and days.

Key Projects:

•  SAP Technical Lead - Pembroke Refinery Acquisition - SAP Lead Developer on acquisition of refinery in PembrokeUK. Handled development for changes pertaining to excise and value added tax scenarios. Modified TSW Secondary cost to handle alternative units of measure, currencies, and taxes. Converted sales contract, purchase contract, and sales (bulk and rack) invoice from SAPSCRIPT to ADOBE forms and modified the forms to update excise and vat tax codes.

 

•  SAP Technical Lead - Canadian Implementation of SAP TSW - Technical lead on project to implement TSW to

Canadian operations. TSW was modified to be dynamic enough to handle Canadian currency and units of measure.

Being that Canada uses the metric systems system had to be able to handle liters, metric tons, and cubic meters. This new development included the secondary costs, ticketing, actualization process of junction functions, and document flow for O-P D-S and O-T D-T scenarios. End to end solution from creations of the intercompany purchase order to invoice verification was created under those scenarios with junction functions.

 

•  SAP Technical Lead - TSW Data Analytics - Worked side by side with the BW team to extrapolate TSW data andpush to BW for business to be able to analysis on TSW data. Back-end system was created to handle change events from nomination and ticketing and those events were recorded in NAST table. A secondary system would pick up those changes from NAST and written to a "bread crumb" table. Those delta changes included date/time stamp as well as update indicator. Inserts, updates, and deletes for nominations and tickets.

 

•  SAP Technical Lead - Ethanol Systems Project - TSW was utilized on a custom project to implement newly acquiredethanol plants. On site order management system was created to handle the purchase of corn as well as the sales side for distilled grains and ethanol. Once the data was collected, business would use TSW to handle the nom's, ticket, actualization, and invoicing. Handheld systems were used to pass document information to corn sellers via XML. Driver would sign the handheld and submitted. The system would pick up the signature and apply it to the bill of lading and printed on the invoice using ADOBE Forms development. I supervised an SAP technical consultant on the project.

10 junior developers. I worked with the team on various development projects and then mentored them on problem SAP ABAP methodologies. Project was secret and a security clearance was required on the project. There were more than 120,000 development hours per year.

 

• SAP Technical Lead and Testing Lead - Pipeline Company Acquisition - ABAP Technical Lead resource on a customer project with focus in the energy, oil and gas business. Developed in FI/CO, SD, and MM. Managed an R.I.C.E. (reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions). Also work with Field Exits and Object Orient Programming. Managed the RICE development and corresponded the development of the client developers as well.

Mentored the two company's SAP Developers on proper SAP ABAP development methodologies.
