• • Shibasis role here is a techno-functional. Shibasis is responsible for helping the implementation team by designing highly complex S&OP sales allocation ABAP report.
  • Shibasis designed complex Dockside module pool, Packing Interface module pool and many other Exit/BADI enhancements around SD, SCM modules.

• As a part of day-to-day responsibilities Shibasis responsible for supporting all technical objects (ABAP)of Fenwal’s different SAP systems like R3, APO, VISTEX, eFenwal. Along with this also helping in integration with other system like PI, BI.

Being a Pharma company, Fenwal has got strong QM module customization along with SD, MM, QM, FI modules developments and many IDOC interfaces with third party Warehouse.  

·         Shibasis developed Data sources for BI extracting, enhancing and activating using RS transactions. Not only that Shibasis worked with BI developer for generating DSO, BI reports generation and data staging using BEX analyzer.

·         Shibasis worked on Vertex interfaces with ECC additional flex field mapping.

·         Shibasis’s one of big challenges was to provide support of eFenwal application which is build on NWDI (JAVA Stack) application and ECC in backend system. Shibasis had to debug and fix some JAVA code during his 2 years career with Fenwal. (eFenwal is a SAP portal for Fenwal Customers to place order through web. The font end development was done in NWDI in JAVA code and backend in SAP).

·         Shibasis developed Complex developments like Interactive ADOBE Forms for technical Services and Web-Dynpro applications for BI team. Like Service Notification Header Text Report, Delivery Header Text Report are two examples.

·         Support APO system (DP and SNP) was another challenge for Shibasis. APO custom objects and CIF (Master data and Transactional Data exits) debugging was required often to troubleshoot production issues. Working experience with Live Cache data extraction using BAPI, BADI enhancements, BTE events custom coding etc.

·         Shibasis supports Vistex module (Incentives & Payback module) for any production issues.

·         Fenwal’s Contracts Compliance (rebates, Incentives, Admin Fees, Loyalty fees etc) was automated by Vistex IP module that was mainly comprises of sub modules like Customer Rebates, Membership, agreements & Pricing.Shibasis acquired Training/certification from VISTEX, which helps him to increase expertise.Vistex helps Fenwal to track the automate the rebate tracking, create/maintain membership for different trade organizations, create/maintain price agreements.

·         Late 2013, after acquisition, Shibasis was responsible for PI IDOC monitoring for Fresnius SAP instance with CALEA project.

• • Shibasis was part of successful go-live of Release 2.5, Release 2.7 and Release 3 start to end till hyper care from IBM side.
  • Shibasis’s primary responsibility was coordinating two offshore development teams of 10-15 people in multiple locations of India and managing deliveries of all technical developments at client location.

    • Shopping Cart default Behavior alterations by enhancing Web Dynpro component FPM_OIF_COMPONENT and SAPSRM/WDC_SC_WZ_GAF_FIS.
