Director of Compliance – As a direct report to the Chief Financial Officer I lead/manage our corporate compliance to legal, regulatory, financial and internal process requirements. Developed/implemented/introduced a Compliance Program complete with documentation, training, communications, assessments, auditing and improvement processes. Led risk assessment workshops across functional areas aligning risk appetite with current strategy. In 2018 introduced an Independent Internal Audit initiative focused on business processes and controls.
Director of Technology Programs – (2015-2016). As a direct report to the Chief Technology Officer, created and managed our Corporate Standards Steering Group and developed an ISO 9001 Quality Management System, common practices, technical standards and training used to develop our global communications software. Project managed various new agile product, services and technology projects involving Big Data, Rapid Prototyping and Dev Ops. Program managed industry relations, regulatory initiatives and new technology marketing assessments.

Led Process Action Teams; Measurements and Analysis, and Requirements Management for CMMI Level 2 Services Certification.

Program Manager Veterans Administration Operations, (2012): Provided experienced national guidance to the Health Solutions Business Unit in developing RFI/RFP responses.
Deputy Program Manager and Director System Engineering Operations C4ISR, Red Bank, NJ and Boeing Defense Systems, Huntington Beach CA (2003 – 2012): SAIC operations manager responsible for $45M revenue stream, staff hiring, development and assignments with the $28B FCS Program. Participated in BU level strategy and market planning. Managed the SAIC Red Bank secure facility from build-out to closure. As Systems Engineering Director, contributed to the design, development and integration of computing, communications and sensing systems to provide mission command and fused awareness extending the Army tactical internet. This collaborative DoD ACAT 1 Program required daily integration management, frequent travel, virtual meetings, rolling wave planning, management of 13 large subcontractors (approximately $2B) and weekly program reports in accordance with EVMS standards.
