• Development lead on a 250+ fidelity.com projects such as quick releases, redesign of deprecated sections of the main web property, and new designs for various pages.
• Developed web pages based on corporate accessibility best practices as well as to conform with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as related to electronic materials.
• Managed content update requests from both U.S. and global operations business units for fidelity.com and other Fidelity web properties.
• Analyzed content workflow with cross-functional Fidelity team to improve content release schedules for their main web property, fidelity.com. Resulting in an improved cycle from 10 days to a 2-3 day one.

• Worked with content and engineering teams to update and maintain the TripAdvisor.com web site, the back-end was predominantly written in Java and was run on an Apache web server system on a Unix platform.
• My extensive knowledge of the architecture and design of TripAdvisor.com was used to quickly and efficiently developed travel web sites for customers such as Smarter Living, Netscape, and a suite of Viacom CBS sites.
• Adobe suite of software was utilized in creating mockups as well as final web graphics.
• Created original design specifications, development process checklists, and then coordinated final development of TripAdvisor’s world maps with multiple contractors and outside vendors.
• Utilized search engine optimization best practices with every site update. A/B testing was routinely used to validate that the update would have either a positive or a neutral effect on revenue. Most often these changes in revenue would be the result of a shift in Google ranking.
