SFDC GURU is my own consulting practice that I have operated since 2004. As an independent consultant, I have sourced and managed several of my own projects as well as sourced and completed several partner projects for Salesforce.com and Major Consulting Partners. Major clients include BCD travel, CA Technologies, H.I.G. Capital, WellCare, along with a handful of smaller SFA projects and enhancements.
In addition to the aforementioned projects, I was also chosen to develop and deploy the very first implementation of VBioPharma. VBioPharma, which is built on the Salesforce.com platform, is the leading SaaS-based CRM solutions for the Global Life Sciences Industry. In this capacity, I acted as the Salesforce.com expert and worked hand in hand with an expert pharmaceutical CRM team from C3i to develop, design and deploy VBioPharma solution for Indevus Pharmaceutical. Since that successful deployment, I have completed two other full-lifecycle deployments of VBioPharma for both the Managed Markets and Trade Affairs at Solvay Pharmaceutical as well as worked with the Novartis training team to develop and design UAT.

CRM Manager - Salesforce.com
Prior to working with Salesforce.com, I was a systems analyst at Move.com in charge of streamlining many of our business facing applications. In this capacity, I was in charge of driving the requirements from the business side and managing IT resources. In this role, I was responsible for the successful deployment of two major account management enhancements that eliminated several inefficiencies from the current process. The result was a 60% reduction in resources needed to do the job function in addition to a quicker turn around for payments and processing for our national account customers.
After successfully completing a few key projects, I was chosen to lead implementation of Salesforce.com CRM for the entire sales force. In this capacity, I managed the full lifecycle of the project including a TPM, a Senior Developer, and Several DBA’s representing many divisions. The successful deployment of Salesforce.com allowed us to transform our sales team. In 4 months, we went from an outside sales team of 200 to an inside sales team of 300 with handful National Account Managers still outside. The net result was 20 million dollar decrease in cost of sales and an increase in penetration that resulted in Move.com’s first ever profitable quarter. I was then promoted to Sales Operations Manager and provided operational support for four divisions; Realtor.com, Rent.net; National Ad Sales (NAS) and Homebuilder.com.
