Programmer Analyst for American Management Systems, now CGI, Golden, Colorado ~ 11/91 - 12/95

·         Managed a team providing onsite support in Madrid, Spain for the implementation of a large cellular phone billing and message processing system on a DEC/VAX, IBM PC Platform using IDMS and Sybase databases.  Responsibilities included user training, user support, acceptance testing, as well as fixes and modifications to COBOL and C++ code.   System utilized a multiple-tier architecture.

·         Analyzed methods to improve performance while adding functionality to a mobile network billing and customer management system.  This work was done onsite in Düsseldorf, Germany for a large German mobile phone company. 

·         Determined user requirements for a software tracking system to be used by project management.  Designed and coded screens and reports on an IBM PC platform using Clipper 5.0.
