SUMMARY Extensive experience in desktop computers, servers, data networks (WAN/LAN-Voice/Data,)

in Mac OS X through 10.12.x. As a Systems Engineer specializing in Apple computer systems,
I’m experienced working in enterprise level environments in the areas of system design,
imaging, setup, training, documentation, project management and planning. Including Active
Directory and Open Directory integration and support. Certified and experienced in the use and
engineering of several Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, including, MobileIron,
JAMF Pro (CCT 200/CCA 300), MaaS360, AirWatch, and Apple Computer configuration
applications for iOS and Mac OS X.
HIGHLIGHTS
As an Apple / JAMF Engineer, provided technical and product specific support to customers
and sales/account reps for small to large enterprise companies utilizing Apple systems and
servers, JAMF engineering, AD/OD integration assistance, and configuration recommendations
for mobile device management systems. This included remote and on-site set up, troubleshooting,
training, and support.
Designed and installed new systems and upgraded current production systems (Server and desktop
imaging, power requirements, network, storage architecture-fiber.) Scheduled and preformed
preventative maintenance and updates to Apple Servers and attached storage systems. Provided
project management, design, installation, and support, for the entire Apple enterprise server and
storage system for a large publishing company (Apple Xserves, Xserve RAIDs and ADIC tape
libraries.) Designed and executed the relocation of a critical data center and all systems.
Provided Pre/Post-Sales consultative support, supervision, and training for Data and
telecommunications products, to customers, and the company sales force in the Eastern US.
Installed and configured an Apple Xserve, LAN/WAN/Telecom network and video conferencing
system between Burlington, MA, USA and an office in Dubai, UAE (on-site install in Dubai, UAE).
This required providing training for the company owners and senior management at both locations.
As a system engineer, provided infrastructure design, strategic planning, computer system
utilization planning, and desktop support to companies in the Boston area (Macintosh and Windows).
This included integrating Apple Macintosh systems with both Open Directory and Active Directory
Systems and Exchange.

In Education, provided systems engineering in support of Apple Computers to schools (K-12 and
higher Ed) in the New England area. I provided, project management, network design, equipment
