· Upgraded the company’s Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains ERP from version 2010 to version 2015. Currently providing ongoing support and maintenance for that platform and its associated third-party application interfaces: Starship, Avalara, Business Portal, Manufacturing, Field Service, Collections Management, Extender, SmartList Builder, GP Power Pack, and GP Power Tools.
· Managed financial and supply chain systems functions (including remote warehouses), by handling daily activities and introducing improvements to order processing, inventory management, and collections management as part of a corporate expansion.
· Analyzed business needs and supported the IT rollout of Astea—creating business-process requirements documents and functional specifications for numerous facets of the company-wide project.
