As Sr. Technical Lead/ Data Architect with direct hands on, I actively participated in DB/middleware/application tuning, performance capacity assessments and implementation of recommended enhancements for BoA’s Online Brokerage portal, a web-base transactional system generating over $100 million in annual revenues. As a result of our improvements, BoA’s Brokerage portal, moved from 300th position to the top 24 for response time and top 9 for availability on industry benchmark charts. Further more the global cash deposit rate increased by 80% globally for entire organization.
