Provided design support to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Web application. This rich and complex application gives their Financial Advisors, business, and clients the ability to view and manage their wealth as well as providing a rich and customizable reporting system. Some of the projects I have worked on are Manual Account Creation, Global Know Your Customer, Retirement Aggregation, Search, Custom Profiling Grouping, Net Worth reporting, Financial Holdings redesign, Activity redesign, etc. Typical project involved the following:
o Working with business, BA to defined requirements and business rules.
o Design the wireframes and schedule reviews with project team and business.
o Used Axure for wireframes and internal templates for presentations.
4/16 – 7/16 Fidelity Investments – Jersey City, NJ (contract through Starpoint Solutions)
Sr. Information Architect / UXD
Lead and design the Account Opening and Transfer of Assets for the Digital Advisor tool. This application offers a digital advice platform with a robo advisor solution. It targets low to mid asset investors and allow them to open Individual, Joint, and IRA Retirement brokerage accounts using the Digital Advisor Platform provided by eMoney. This includes:
o Working closely with business and legal to defined requirements and business rules.
o Design the wireframes and conduct review iterations with project team. This includes communicating the design with standard, legal, branding, QA and developers.
o Used Axure for wireframes
8/15 – 3/16 Fidelity Investments – Jersey City, NJ (contract through Starpoint Solutions)
Sr. Information Architect / UXD
Joined the NextGen project in its early stages as a sr. information architect to help draw the foundation and process for the UXD work required. Then lead the UXD analysis, design and deliverables.
This application allows Fidelity Advisors/Representatives to work with investors’ portfolios, set their goals and identify appropriate managed account products based on their preferences. The NextGen application replaces some of the very high cost maintenance tools and put the focus of the representative on the client rather than on searching for information using multiple tools.
Main achievements:
o Analyzed current Fidelity representative tools and work process
o Worked closely with product owner to determine goals and enhancements
o Reviewed other related Fidelity projects to insure collaboration between projects, design and data
o Created workflow process.
o Created prototypes and demos in Salesforce, a customer relationship management tool. Communicated and presented the prototypes and demos to team, management, business and product owners
o Created prototypes using Axure. Communicated the design with all team members including usability, content, developers, QAs, product owners, etc.

UX Lead / Sr. Information Architect
Lead and design the Life Insurance Wizard application. This application provides three assessments, determine if you need life insurance and find how much do you need and finally provide quotes. Users can complete the wizard in less than three minutes. This application was also designed for tablets and mobile utilizing responsive design.
My responsibilities for this project include the following:
o Defined the UX estimate, timelines and deliverables.
o Performed research and analyze requirements
o Conducted sketch sessions, brainstorm sessions, with a selected team that involved the business, marketing, managers and developers.
o Created the low-fidelity wireframes and reviewed them with business, project team and management.
o Lead design sessions and created high-fidelity screens then conducted a serious of reviews to all teams.
o Worked with the usability team and perform 30% of the usability testing.
o Worked with accessibility, style, legal and compliance, and marketing personnel to insure company standards.
o Work with the editorial team for customer-facing content.
o Provide design assistance to developers and quality assurance to ensure that the design specifications are met.

VP Information Architect/Interaction Design & Analysis/ UX
Lead and design for multiple projects for retail and private banking simultaneously, including Mortgage, Home Equity, Card and Auto Finance Web applications.
My responsibilities for these projects include the following:
o Involve in scoping and project initiation.
o Review and analyze requirements with the line of business and project teams.
o Design low-level wireframes and present them to the line of business to ensure that the design has met/exceeded business goals and expectations. Present the wireframes to all project teams to ensure that design, system architecture, editorial, development and quality assurance are all in sync.
o Lead design brainstorm sessions with all User Experience colleagues, including management.
o Design high-level wireframes using iRise and perform usability studies. Work with the accessibility, marketing and legal compliance teams to ensure that the design is meeting the company standards. Present completed design to the line of business and project teams.
o Work with the editorial team for customer-facing content.
o Create the functional specification document and content assets in the company docbase using the Content Management Tool, Documentum and CQ5.
o Provide design assistance to system architect, developers and quality assurance to ensure that the design specifications are met.
