Tesoro\Andeavor Oil Company – Austin\San Antonio, TX
Managed a $60 Million datacenter buildout and relocation program. This included the design and implementation of a primary and disaster recovery environments in two separate locations. Transitioned support services to an outsourced model.
Re-designed the Oracle Identity Management platform and implemented four environments (DEV, QA, PROD, & DR) on the Oracle 12c version. Migrated over 230 applications for authentication, 150 of which being protected by access manager, 30,000+ identities from the legacy 11g to the new 12c environment.
Implemented an enterprise wide SIEM solution, IBM QRadar across the business and process control networks at 10 refinery locations.

Migrated 120+ branch networks into a new MPLS which included upgrading all routers, switches, and WAN circuits from legacy T-1’s to Ethernet circuits.
