Terminal operating system is used to monitor and control the operations at a Shipping Terminal. Generally Stow plan is feed to TOS and all the containers are viewed on screen. SMS Alerts is an online portal for customers of Wells Fargo for setting their alert preferences on transactions through Commercial Cards. Though a middleware called C3G, all the preferences are registered on an external system called TSYS. In the ongoing process, when a transaction happens, TSYS receives and forwards to C3G. C3G processes the received messages and delivers to the card holder’s device. In the overall process, C3G has to communicate with various internal and external entities.

 

Responsibilities:

Partner can also request for quotes to this network and convert one into contract. Once the Contract is in place, the network is covered with Smart Care service.
