· Worked on data migration from the Investigative Management System (IMS) application to IMS Data Mart (DM) for the Department of State (DS). IMS keeps track of all the applicant’s Visa and Passport information. This system also helps to crack down illegal Visa and fraudulent passports for the people who used for their own benefits.
· Solely responsible for IMS DM application to manage for the client that includes gathering the new requirements, modify the design of the logical/physical models, development, unit testing, code review, managing the code in Subversion, and finally, used the subversion to create the build for deployment into Test, QARAC and Production environments. Using DMS (Deployment Management Systems) application to create the deployment details, and after management approval, the deployment build is executed in the intended database environment. Solely responsible to troubleshoot and resolve the clients' issues for IMS DM in production.
· The IMS application’s data structure was flattened means all the Objects and Varray types’ attributes used in the tables were replaced with the normal attributes either within the table or by creating a new child table.
