Select Client Experiences:
§ UCB: Led pivotal Reporting workstream as part of comprehensive IMS One data stewardship program to manage UCB’s North America master and sales data along with data warehouse that impacted over 700 users. Oversaw task and budget planning of business and system requirements, platform definition and report designs, testing, risk identification/mitigation, deployment, hypercare, and supported user change management activities.
§ Gilead Sciences: Managed a 6 consultant project team as system integrator for Model N v5.6 application upgrade. Worked with Gilead and Model N management in final stages of implementation planning including a successful UAT and final cutover to meet project budget and timelines.
§ Merck: Led strategic initiative to develop operational roadmap for integration with Schering-Plough for commercial and government contracting groups, including integration of processes, systems, and organizational roles. Also, Co-Managed over 25 consultants in MMS’ largest contracting integration and implementation project. Led both the Institutional Contract workstream developing user requirements and design efforts, and Business Readiness workstream including user training, stakeholder and trade communications, and UAT/cutover planning.
§ Johnson & Johnson: Managed an organizational strategy engagement to develop a higher level of governance between J&J’s operating companies. Deliverables included governance implementation plans with defined roles and responsibilities, resource options, and tools to ensure final decisions are made within the Contracting and Pricing Committee. In addition, led the design, development, and implementation of commercial contracting policies, processes, and tools across the entire commercial contracting continuum for multiple domestic operating companies in order to sustain legal and contractual compliance.
§ Upsher-Smith Laboratories: Developed a Medicaid restatement recovery plan based on a Medicaid liability restatement performed over two years. Broke down the liability overpayment amounts participating state agencies by quarter and developed a non-system plan to allow the client reclaim state owned liability with a value of over $3.4 million. In addition, developed and implemented government pricing policies and procedures. Performed process analysis of all government pricing programs, including Medicaid rebate program. Developed risk assessment report around statutory non compliance reporting, process irregularities, and calculation methodologies.
§ Novo Nordisk: Co-managed highly complex commercial contracting system migration and integration. As result, all order management and revenue management activities were migrated from outsourced vendor to client site with newly implemented system application to support new business activities with newly created department. Management responsibilities included development of all revenue management user requirements, system design & design documentation, test script creation, execution of the application, development of Chargeback group and execution of user and stakeholder change management.
