Schwab Advisor Center makes it easy to establish and service client accounts online. The capabilities you really need—from creating new accounts and transferring money to monitoring client balances, positions, and history—are all accessible in one place. The projects are developed to Enhance schwabadvisorcenter.com(SAC.com)to allow advisors to deposit checks on behalf of their client using schwabadvisor center. This will eliminate the need for the advisors to mail a physical paper check to schwab, allowing checks to be deposited faster and with greater confidence ( no lost or mishandled mail). In addition advisor check deposit will reduce the amount of manual processing of checks by schwab. Advisors can view clients' PAL accounts, including information such as balances, transactions, and statements, directly within Schwab Advisor Center

Description:

The project involves providing Quality Assurance and testing services of Charles Schwab’s Intelligent Portfolio Application. Mobile QA Application Testing Project is about validating the functionality of native Mobile app in different mobile platforms like Android, iOS etc. The Program offers clients investment strategies that consist of diversified portfolios of ETFs in a single account that is managed on a discretionary basis. Build management and Deployments to all environments.

Accomplishments as Project Manager and Build Deployment Manager:

-        Expertise in Functional, Integration, Device OS, Release Candidate and Release Regression testing of Mobile software in support of the Mercury application including requirement analysis and clarifications, test strategy definition and execution.

-        Performed Mobile QA Application Testing by validating the functionality on native Mobile apps in different mobile platforms like Android, iOS etc. Verified all the functionality for the application in different downstream systems to make sure the functionality is working.

Allow All the D.0 claims submitted with Rx Number less than seven digits to get Reversed and Resubmitted successfully without any Issues by Preventing  R&R from going into BCLE error, when processing a claim with Rx N umber less than seven digits and allow such a claim to get re paid successfully. Also allow subsequent R&R runs on the successfully R&R’ed claim sequence (including the claim jumpers) and set up WKRXOP file to get mixed over Band DR box.

Accomplishments as a Project Lead (AS400, Web Testing/Application Testing):

-         Testing the CDS Screens which is a Web Based application and also validate in the backend using SQL.

-         Testing the AETNA Preprocessor with the help of File zilla, SQL Developer, AS400 and Sales force tool.

This is our (QA’s) portal for project information and status. From this portal you can access most of the projects documents and information without ever leaving the web.

Accomplishments as a Project Lead, BA (Web Testing):

-         Gathering requirements from Client and Preparing the Requirement document and coordinating with Offshore

  and Onshore Development team with daily sync-up  calls  and Knowledge transfer.

Testing the Escheatment of the Cheque generated by Kohl’s from various Business systems like Accounts Payable, Payroll, Credit and Loss Prevention to the Government State Agencies and Automating the Unclaimed Property Escheatment process.

-        Experience in defining of defect management system with defect tracking and maintaining using Quality Center under local and off-shore resources. Conducted Internal Audits of product to avoid NCF.
