       GE Aviation is a world-leading provider of jet engines, components and integrated systems for commercial and military aircraft. GE Aviation has a global service network to support these offerings. We have built a dashboard to track the orders for different types of engines for commercial and military, to monitor the inventory and the back order, this dashboard also used to monitor different stages of manufacturing of engines starting from vertical start to test complete phase and the dashboard is used for to calculate the On-Time Deliveries.

The QlikView Warrant Claim Analyzer application essentially brings together information from the Warranty, PRAS, QNA

 and Transmittal systems. The Claim Analyzer displays data in such a way that it makes it easy for the user to spot

 potential issues for which there is a GAP. The Warranty Claim Analyzer is a new ICT developed application intended to

be a corporate  solution replacing the existing Microsoft Access departmental application. This current tool (Access) has a

base of  approximately 150 users, mostly engineers, CAG advocates and CST team members who use the Claim Analyzer

to identify new and emerging ordinary quality issues especially in the first three months of ownership (3 MIS).

Project: Supply Data warehouse (SDW)

                    BMS is a pharmaceutical company focused on the development, manufacturing and marketing of prescription drugs used in the treatment of selected respiratory diseases and allergies. The aim of this project is to provide numerous computer-generated reports and custom analysis to BMS with actionable conclusions, including demographic breakdowns such as size of vendor and number of contracts negotiated with BMS per year.

                                      Supply Data warehouse is an effort to integrate all the business of BMS into a single warehouse. The base area after staging is in 3rd Normal form and upon that the business layer which is in dimension model for reporting purpose. ETL for staging,Reporting is done in Cognos. This data warehouse application is for supply chain management and it is used for measuring performance. This Cognos reports are used to track the shipments, shipment of drug details and container information and the database is DB2.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Source data analysis and identified business rules for data migration and for developing data warehouse.

·         Developed transactional reports in Cognos report studio for the Supply chain for Chrysler LLC as a part of the analysis of the suppliers.

·         Prepared framework model for the Supply Data warehouse as a part of the supply chain management Program.
