·         In senior manager capacity served as the SAP global process owner for warehouse management and transportation, managing a team of 7 people during the last 4 years at Ingram Micro, the world's largest wholesaler in technology products and services.

·         Designed and delivered SAP solutions that are responsible for shipping product for all Google devices in the USA, all apple products in Australia and all Microsoft products in UK.

·         Designed and delivered integration between SAP and JDA’s transportation management system.

·         Oversaw and managed the SAP warehouse management and transportation environment, and the integration into JDA’s transportation Management module supporting 15 countries, exchanging up to 400,000 IDOCs with monthly order volumes up to 1.1 million sales orders within service level agreement specifications.

Ingram Micro: Sr. Manager, SCE Global Process Owner             April 2013 - Feb 2017

Global process owner (GPO) for Supply Chain Execution (SCE) responsible for the integrity of the SAP template, and ensuring that its capabilities are aligned with the business need. Led a global team based in USA, Manila and Mumbai for ongoing process design, implementation, improvement and production support. Key highlights include:

·      Supported country rollouts in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America as well as 3PL deployments for various large customers, i.e. Microsoft, Google and Apple etc.

·      The systems shipped more than 100,000 orders on Cyber Monday

·      Meeting with business stakeholders and with customers, including some very demanding customers, to understand business need and to then design solutions that enable Ingram Micro to support dynamic and complex business processes in a reliable manner.

·      Use SAP WM and integrate to Ingram Micro’s Tier 1 custom WMS. Daily IDOC volume can exceed 1 million.

·      Currently the SAP solution supports 16 countries.

 

Ingram Micro: OTC Lead Consultant                                                  Aug 2009 - Apr 2013

The Ingram Micro global template was very complex including ECC6 (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP,WM), XI, FSCM, BI, APO (gATP), SRM, MDM.

Initial 6 month engagement extended to 4 years. Highlights included:

·      Integration of JDA TMS for optimized freight processing and freight audit

·      Design and delivery of integration with GATP, EDQA and an external facing ATP service that could support several million calls per day with 500millisecond response

·      Integration with custom web-store (IM-Online)

·      Integrated credit card processing in multiple countries and currencies

·      Software license sale and renewal

·      Multiple XML & EDI integrations using standard and custom messages

 

Computer Science Corporation(CSC): Principal Consultant     Oct 2007 - Aug 2009

Westinghouse Electric Company (Nuclear Power Industry) – Jan 2009 / Aug 2009

OTC Team Lead. Also acted as Integration Manager and Cutover Manager.  Scope included:

OTC Team Lead managing a team of 11 CSC consultants responsible for SAP OTC roll-out at all US sites. Scope included:

·      Make-to-order, sales-from stock, third party orders, rebate processing, Scheduling Agreements with JITs, planned Re-Boxing/unplanned reboxing process, KITs with Variant Configuration

·      EDI Inbound and Outbound X12 processing through Seeburger application.

·      Various interface solutions to external systems through interface programs in SD and LES modules (i.e. freight determination for small parcel carriers, external warehouse system, external system for credit management)

 

Bosch Rexroth Corporation: SD Team Lead                                    Jan 2005 - Oct 2007

SD team lead in various roll-outs of BOSCH-REXROTH’s SAP template in US with main focus on Variant Configuration, Assembly-to-order (ATO), Make-to-order (MTO), Third-Party and Sales from Stock processes, EDI-Scheduling Agreements. Key highlights included:

·      Jan 2005-Sep 2005: Roll-Out at sites in Charlotte, NC and Buchanan, MI

·      October 2005-April 2006: Roll-Out at site in Lake Zurich, IL.
