Molina Healthcare reports over $10 Billion of healthcare services each year.  Manage the processing and submission of encounters to CMS and state healthcare agencies for the Marketplace, Medicaid, Medicare and MMP programs for 13 states.

·         Identify root cause of encounter rejections.  Work with the health plan, configuration team, claims operations, enrollment, provider configuration and IT to address encounter errors.

·         Identify CMS and state encounter requirements.  Work with IT to implement system changes to meet regulatory compliance, such as “Certified Provider Registration”.

·         Work with the Risk Adjustment team to set priorities and support the RAPS and EDPS requirements.

Manage B2C eCommerce portal, www.novartisvaccines.com, which accounted for $160 Million in annual vaccine sales. 

·         Manage external web development firm.  Communicate business objectives and requirements.  Review SOWs.  Oversee web development projects.

·         Work with SAP and web developers to establish real time integration, web services between the web portal and SAP system to support Account Management, Products, Contract Pricing and Order Management functions.

·         Work with SAP, Veeva/Salesforce.com and IBM Cast Iron developers to incorporate vaccines orders in the US Vaccines CRM system.

·         Work with McKesson, Veeva/Salesforce.com and IBM Cast Iron developers to incorporate Call Center inquiries in the US Vaccines CRM system.

Implement a global Siebel CRM system for the Novartis Diagnostics, Blood Testing division.  Users were located in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
