Summary: SAP America was implementing VTrckS (Vaccine Tracking System) for Center for Disease Control (CDC). The project involved the implementation of the entire SAP suite: SAP CRM, SAP ECC, SAP Security, SAP BI and BOBJ. The objective was to replace the legacy ordering system with the state of the art vaccine ordering platform. Was part of the project from the start to finish and was in-charge of the entire web channel implementation
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for creating the blue print document and functional specifications related to
Commerce and Marketing and building the E-Commerce piece
· In charge of interviewing and hiring a Java developer and an ABAP resource to work in my team
and support the project

As an E-Commerce development lead, was involved in all the stages of the project. Responsible for handling the on shore and offshore E-Commerce development team. This project involved 95% enhancement of the standard SAP Internet Sales Application (ISA).
Responsibilities:
· Finalized the Blueprint document for E-Commerce solution
· Created the project plan and the schedule for the functional specification, development, testing and
support parameters.
· Designed a Prototype for the SAP E-Commerce solution to demonstrate the use of multiple clients within a

During this upgrade project, was involved in configuration of the backend ERP system (ECC 5.0) and migrating data from the ERP system to the CRM system using CRM Middleware. Along with the enhancement. Also assisted in upgrading the system to the CRM 6.0 version.
Responsibilities:
· Configured CRM 2007 based on the business requirement and set up E-Commerce for both Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) scenarios
· Lead consultant to develop a unique tool called Marketing using admin tool to launch a campaign using landing pages and Vanity URL without deployment for the Internet Sales Application

Was involved in the task of upgrading the CRM system and in new development, testing and troubleshooting issues related to the Production system in CRM and Middleware with the R/3 system.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for executing Middleware tasks such as Initial Download of all the load objects in the CRM system from backend system
