Activities required to take an existing problem from identification of an issue to Production for each Release. This requires Mr. Manning to assign problems to the appropriate Subject Matter Experts, conduct Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Field Readiness Review (FRR) meetings, and perform Quality Analysis to ascertain the accuracy and integrity of all data that is to be part of the release, and obtain approval from all required managers.
