·         For over 4 months worked as a CGS Technology Associates contractor at Verizon Wireless (VZW) under the Mobile Telephone Activation System (MTAS) Group.

·         Wrote and maintained Groovy+Geb programs that use Selenium to automate the testing of Verizon Wireless' internal MTAS UI provisioning web platform.

·         For nearly 7 years, worked as a Senior Systems Analyst/Programmer for Verizon Wireless (VZW) under the Mobile Telephone Activation System (MTAS) Group.

·         Was responsible for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of a number of mobile device services provisioning subsystems in Verizon Wireless' Mobile Telephone Activation System (MTAS), the company's major computer system responsible for activating, provisioning, and maintaining all the various mobile device (cellphone and other mobile equipment) services for all the company's customers.

·         Was mainly responsible for maintaining, supporting and adding enhancements to the MTAS  subsystem that handled AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting) 3G-related provisioning of VZW mobile devices. Part of the responsibility involved rewriting the whole subsystem in order to use the latest AAA provisioning API by Amdocs/Bridgewater Systems.

·         Was also responsible for the maintenance, support, enhancement, and in some cases, creation of several smaller MTAS provisioning subsystems dealing with push-to-talk, network extender, call recording, and other mobile device services.

·         Was responsible for removing and cleaning up dozens of obsolete provisioning subsystems from MTAS.

·         Wrote a tool in Perl to generate customized source code in Java or Python that enabled programmers to use the Selenium browser automation API to automate testing of the dozens of web pages contained in MTAS' internal Web-based maintenance and testing system.

·         Wrote a tool in Python that easily allowed users to make URL-related configuration changes in XML files used for some of MTAS' inter-server communications.
