Technical Project Manager/Agile Scrum Master (May 2014 – Present)

- Responsible for spearheading a team of 15+ employees of AT&T’s Provisioning Automation Layer (PAL) and IP Service Activator (IPSA) applications which formulates the provisioning & activation layer (OSS Service Fulfillment) respectively and delivers the required configuration on Cisco CE routers.
