Develops, trains, and overseas global dangerous goods training programs, provides technical assistance to clients, and monitors dangerous goods regulatory activity on a global basis. Audits 3rd party logistics providers, carriers, package testing facilities and emergency responders to ensure compliance with national and international regulations relating to the manufacture, storage, transport and security of dangerous goods. Provides timely, comprehensive advisory and technical support as it relates to the classification, transportation, handling, storage, and delivery of dangerous goods. Significant Accomplishments:
· Saved the company over 4 million dollars in operating costs by working with the DOT and TDG Canada in extending special permits and Equivalent Letter of Safety for the continued use of DOT 51 Portable Tanks.
· On short notice prepared, planned, and trained 6 facilities on materials dangerous to the aquatic environment for transport by international vessel and international air which saved the company over $80,000 in training costs.
· Incorporated a dangerous goods auditing system that ensures compliance with national and international regulations.
· Implemented the Ty-gard securement system globally, which harmonized company blocking and bracing standards.

Terminal and Fleet Operations Manager Petroleum Supply Fort Carson, CO 2002 – 2004
Managed the maintenance of a wheel vehicle fleet of fifty 5,000 gallon tankers, twenty five 5 ton trucks with 1 ½ ton trailers, and six fuel system supply points worth in excess of 25 million dollars; Ensured compliance with DOT Driver Safety and Maintenance Standards; Responsible for the morale, health and welfare of 206 subordinate personnel; Served as the Brigade’s Hazardous Materials Compliance Manager; Deployed the Brigade via air, rail, road, and vessel in accordance with 49 CFR, IATA, ADR and IMDG.
· Planned, Coordinated and supervised the movement of divisional assets including dangerous goods via all modes of transport from Fort Carson through Kuwait and to Iraq
