Workforce Analytics – Human Resources
Built out, tested and implemented new HR Analytics and Reporting System, including monitoring, tracking and reporting activities such as relocations, onboarding sessions, shifting-gears departures, and bonus payouts.
· Led development and deployment of unique system to track and report progress of company workforce relocation, collaborating with customers and providing oversight and guidance to build best-in-class solution.
