Job Title: Automation Testing Lead

Location: 100% Remote (East Coast people preferred)

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Experience Level: 10+ Years

Job Description:

• 10+ years in QA / Automated Testing experience
• Experience with Data Migration and Data Conversion testing
• Experience as ETL tester with strong SQL, DB and ETL testing experience
• Knowledge and experience of RDBMS, data modelling and SQL
• Must have experience in backend automated testing, as well as frontend test
• Testing experience in Microsoft Azure is a plus
• Experience with leading automation software like: Azure Test Plans,Cucumber, Selenium, etc.
• Fast paced Agile, DevOps environment
• Strong Use Case experience
• Experience working on data migration projects
• Data Warehouse, Data Lake, data modelling background
• Commercial insurance experience is a plus (Policy, Claims, Billing)
• Must be a proactive, problem solving, take the initiative professional
• Capable of establishing repeatable test strategies and best practices
• Visionary thought leader who can implement testing at scale
• Lead and mentor a test team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
