Video conferencing support services as well as coordinate A/V logistics and setting up Zoom, MS-Teams, WebEx, etc. and conference rooms for scheduled events.

Make sure audiovisual, technology equipment and applications in the conference center are functioning and ready for use.

Analyze, address and resolve incidents, service requests and information requests covering application software, hardware, networking and infrastructure.

Log and track all incidents, service requests and information requests into ServiceNow Ticketing system.
