Experience leading and working in ART (Agile Release Trains) – you will likely only find this skill in large enterprise companies.

Experience moving teams from Agile to Waterfall

This will be a very senior person who has helped some very large companies make the move to agile.

Should have VERY strong communication skills and be able to work with people of all departments.
